Today, in addition to announcing the 2016-17 Teachers of the Year, IUSD announced four “Teachers of Promise.” This annual honor goes to first- or second-year instructors who go above and beyond, while demonstrating professional curiosity and an unbridled enthusiasm for teaching.

Today, IUSD announced its five Classified Employees of the Year – Kitty Fyfe, Manny Lupercio, Kathy McCoy, Lorianne Randell and Meleah Shank. Classified employees are individuals who work hard every day to ensure the District runs efficiently to serve our students and their families.
Dear IUSD Community, We are pleased to announce that Corey Pace has been named as the new Principal of Bonita Canyon Elementary School. After an extensive recruitment process, which included staff and community input and participation, Mr. Pace was selected from a talented candidate pool as the best fit for Bonita Canyon.
