Natalie Miller of Lakeside MS won third place in the 2020 National History Day competition with Jihyun Won of Portola HS and Louise Macatula and Riya Gupta from Sierra Vista MS honored as finalists.  

The IUSD Board of Education adopted Resolution No. 19-20-48, proclaiming that Black Lives Matter and calling for a commitment to creating an unbiased and inclusive society through education.

During the June 9, 2020 IUSD Board of Education Meeting, the Board called for a resolution proclaiming support for Black lives matter and reaffirming IUSD’s commitment to racial justice.
