IUSD hosted the official dedication ceremony for its newest K-6 school, Eastwood Elementary. The District’s 23rd elementary school is a state-of-the-art education facility, which opened in August of this year.

Update 2: Thank you for your patience. We have now been given clearance to release students to parents. If your child walks or bikes home independently, they will not be released until a parent picks them up. We will supervise children on campus until parents arrive.
For the third consecutive year, the Irvine Unified School District’s state standardized assessment scores have outperformed both state and Orange County score averages.
Update (September 27): Air-quality conditions in Irvine have improved. There are no AQMD advisories, at this time, related to air-quality in Irvine and the Canyon Fire.
