Irvine Ranked No. 2 in Nation for Families, No. 3 for Education

Irvine has been named the No. 2 city in the nation to raise a family by personal finance website, WalletHub. Of the 46 metrics cited, Irvine ranked No. 3 in the nation for education.

According to WalletHub, the site compared more than 180 U.S. cities based on 46 key metrics that consider essential family dynamics, such as the quality of local school and health-care systems, and the opportunities for fun and recreation.

This comes on the heels of IUSD’s recent ranking as the No. 1 school district in Orange County and among the best in the state by Niche.
