Each month, the Irvine Parent Education Program (IPEP) offers a variety of workshops focused on topics important to IUSD families. Experienced instructors and district-level representatives lead each workshop, providing participants with thoughtful and up-to-date information. Below is the schedule for April.

- April 13 | 6 p.m.
- African American/ Black Parent Community Meeting - A guest speaker from the Special Education Department will provide an overview of special education.
- April 19 | 4:30 p.m.
- California Department of Education presents: Suicide Prevention 101 - This free webinar will provide information about suicide prevention for parents, including warning signs for suicide, how to have a conversation with their teen, actions to take if their teen is having a suicidal thoughts, and resources
