Every year IUSD hosts a FREE series of informational meetings for parents/guardians of IUSD students.  The next meetings are focused on IUSD curricular programs, including visial and performing arts, math and science, and blended learning.
Stress Awareness Day is November 6.  As part of IUSD’s Speak Up, We Care initiative, the District has compiled the following resources to remind our students and families about the importance of self-care and to seek support when needed, especially as we head into the holiday season. 
Given the growing concern about youth vaping across the nation, it is important for parents to be informed.  IUSD is hosting two vaping prevention parent workshops.

In partnership with Hoag Hospital, IUSD has developed the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Speaker Series.  In this first session, speakers will discuss the impacts excessive gaming and social media can have on children and teens.
