IUSD Elementary Schools kicked off the month of March with a celebration of literacy through their participation in Read Across America Day.

IUSD students shined during the District’s 43rd Annual Science Fair! More than 300 projects were submitted by students in grades 6-12 with nearly 200 advancing to the OC Science and Engineering Fair.

The District’s Annual Survey is open through Friday, February 2. Feedback and responses play a vital role in developing a roadmap for success to enhance educational experiences within the District.

The January edition of IUSD Insights provides information about parent and family engagement, traffic safety, IVA and more! I would especially like to encourage our community to participate in the IUSD Annual Survey.

IUSD would like to encourage our community to take the Annual Survey. Your responses are critical in providing feedback about school climate and where resources are focused through the LCAP process.

During the December 12, 2023 Irvine Unified School District Board of Education Meeting, the Board selected Cyril Yu to serve as the new Board President and Paul Bokota to serve as Board Clerk, which are one-year terms.

IUSD's state standardized assessment scores have outperformed both state and Orange County averages with the District ranking No. 1 in California in Science, Mathematics and English Language Arts/Literacy.

IUSD is seeking a qualified member of a senior citizen organization to volunteer to serve on the independent Measure E Citizens Oversight Committee for a two-year term.
