Bid No. 23/24-01 IT Technology Equipment and Peripherals
Irvine Unified School District (District) is seeking bids to procure technology equipment and peripherals and related services that can meet the current and future needs of multiple school sites and administrative office locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested providers are encouraged to submit bid responses consistent with the Bid documents and timeline below.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Questions (RFI’s) and substitution requests regarding this Bid must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bid responses. All materials submitted to the District in response to this Bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any bid responses in response to this Bid.
