Bid No. 23/24-01 IT Technology Equipment and Peripherals
Irvine Unified School District (District) is seeking bids to procure technology equipment and peripherals and related services that can meet the current and future needs of multiple school sites and administrative office locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested providers are encouraged to submit bid responses consistent with the Bid documents and timeline below.

The District anticipates awarding at the August 27, 2024 board meeting.
Addendum No. IV was released on May 28, 2024. The RFI deadline has been updated to 12:00pm on June 3, 2024. The RFI Responses to Questions deadline has been updated to June 10, 2024. The Bid Deadline/Opening has been updated to 12:30pm on June 17, 2024. The Intent to Award posting date has been updated to June 28, 2024.
Addendum No. III was released on May 17, 2024.
Addendum No. II was released on May 16, 2024.
Addendum No. I was released on May 14, 2024.
Questions (RFI’s) and substitution requests regarding this Bid must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bid responses. All materials submitted to the District in response to this Bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any bid responses in response to this Bid.
