This free annual event will assist students in grades 6 through 12, who are working on science fair projects.  Students will have an opportunity to talk with local scientists and engineers, along with IUSD science teachers.
University High School student Nathan Ouyang was one of four students from across the nation to represent the United States in the International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO).  Nathan placed sixth overall, earning a gold medal for his team.
IUSD students received top honors at this year’s National Biology and Chemistry olympiad competitions, with two University High students moving forward to represent the United States at the International Chemistry Olympiad.
IUSD would like to thank our community for participating in the 50th Anniversary Photo Contest. With more than 200 photo submissions, there was a broad range of outstanding photos that creatively captured the many wonderful and different aspects of our District.

Your input is critical to IUSD’s decision-making process and will help guide investments in the District’s priorities.  
IUSD students in grades 6-12 participated in the District’s 41st annual virtual Science Fair and presented an impressive array of projects.  IUSD will advance 143 students to the Orange County Science and Engineering Fair in March and 28 IUSD students will advance to the 2022 Broadcom MASTERS.
