Daylight Saving Time is Sunday, March 12 and for many people it can be hard to “spring forward” one hour.  Here are some quick tips from the Mayo Clinic to help you adjust to the time change.

Sierra Vista’s Science Olympiad team hosted a Science Olympiad invitational at Beacon Park School in which 76 elementary and middle school teams from California and Texas, including 28 IUSD teams competed.
