Summer break is undoubtedly a time for relaxation and recharging after a busy school year. However, this time of year can also bring about stress and challenges.

Through a partnership with CHOC, the Tsao Family Foundation and OCDE, we have continued to expand our student wellness offerings with the opening of three new WellSpaces for the 2024-25 school year at Vista Verde School and Northwood and Woodbridge high schools.

As we approach the end of the academic year, a time often filled with important events, final projects and key deadlines, remaining informed can help ease the stress that often accompanies a busy school calendar.
