This edition of IUSD’s Good News Around the District highlights Arts IUSD and our talented students. Arts IUSD offers a wide range of visual and performing arts for the District's K-12 students. During this period of distance learning, IUSD teachers and students continue to engage in and support the arts in a variety of creative ways that are beautiful, thought provoking, inspiring and moving. Arts IUSD Director Brad Van Patten summed it up best when he said, “Arts are essential, especially now. Engaging with art is therapeutic and can be an outlet for students to be creative.”
