BID No. 19/20-01 IT, TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT AND PERIPHERALS
Irvine Unified School District (District) is seeking bids to procure technology equipment and peripherals and related services that can meet the current and future needs of multiple school sites and administrative office locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested Consultants are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the bid documents and timeline below.
The RFI deadline has been extended through 12:00 pm on November 22, 2019.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 11:00 am on November 15, 2019.
IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this Bid.
