A team of future scientists from Woodbridge High School recently finished third in the highly competitive, 24-team Regional Science Bowl held at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena.
Dozens of IUSD students have earned honors for all sorts of creative projects in the 24th annual Astounding Inventions contest, which was held this past Saturday at Irvine Valley College’s Hart Gymnasium.
For the second straight year, all five of IUSD’s traditional middle schools placed among The Orange County Register’s top 10 in its annual breakdown of the county's best middle schools. In fact, this year, they all made the top six.
The top three campuses in the Orange County Register’s annual breakdown of high-performing elementary schools are in the Irvine Unified School District, and scores of other IUSD sites were recognized by the newspaper with gold, silver or bronz
