In celebration and recognition of Earth Day, IUSD’s Sustainability Team held a poster contest that allowed students to submit original artwork demonstrating the theme “Planet vs. Plastics.” Students showcased the importance of reducing consumption of and recycling plastic waste.
The IUSD Sustainability team evaluated the posters based on originality, message impact and visual appeal and identified 29 poster winners across grade levels.
