U.S. News & World Report released its latest ranking of the country's "Best High Schools."  IUSD is the only Orange County school district to have three high schools in the California top 100 ranking.

Four IUSD high school seniors were named Edison Scholars and awarded $40,000 each from Southern California Edison to pursue their dreams in science, technology, engineering or math.

Today, IUSD also announced the four 2019-20 Teachers of Promise given to first- or second-year instructors, who go above and beyond, while demonstrating professional curiosity and an unbridled enthusiasm for teaching.

Three IUSD students have been named among the top 300 scholars in the 79th Regeneron Science Talent Search, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious science and math competition for high school seniors.
For the third year in a row, University High School earned first place at the Science Bowl Regionals and will go on to represent IUSD at the national competition this April in Washington, D.C.
IUSD's California Science Test scores have outperformed both state and county score averages with IUSD ranking No. 1 in California.
