The National Merit Scholarship Corporation recently announced that 245 Orange County students have been named semifinalists, 89 of which are IUSD students.
IUSD's Student Board Members represent each of the District’s five comprehensive high schools and serve in an advisory capacity by participating in discussions and providing valuable insights.

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for Orange County, including Irvine, from Wednesday, September 4 through Monday, September 9. IUSD outdoor activities will be modified accordingly.

National Wellness Month is a great reminder for students, staff and families to create healthy habits, especially during the busy school year.
This program awards each winner with a scholarship between $500 to $2,500 and is given to students who demonstrate academic promise and potential for success in rigorous college studies.
