Student Support Services

The Department of Student Support Services offers a wide variety of student supports and services to all families, students, and staff.

As a department, we support the district and sites in developing a “Multi-Tiered System of Supports” to assist schools with organizing resources through alignment of academic standards, social-emotional support, health resources and behavioral expectations, in order to accelerate the performance of every student to achieve and/or exceed proficiency.

As a department, we also focus on students targeted through the state’s Local Control Funding FormulaEnglish Language LearnersTitle I, Title III, Foster Youth and McKinney-Vento programs.

We hope that you find the information helpful and that you and your student have a positive experience in Irvine Unified School District.
