Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Contractors to submit their bids for charter bus, activity trips, such as field and athletic trips, home-to-school and school-to-home services as outlined per the Bid Documents, General Conditions and Special Provisions.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

District has issued Addendum No. 3 and Addendum No. 2 (with a NEW Bid deadline of Thursday, May 31, 2018 by 11:00 am).

District is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 11:00 am on Thursday, May 31, 2018.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.  Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted. 

Contractors must attend a Mandatory Bid Meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 11:00am. Contractors not in attendance for the entirety of the mandatory bid meeting will be deemed ineligible to submit a Bid for this project. A mandatory sign-in sheet will be required.

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 11:00 am on Thursday, May 17, 2018. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents. 

The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
