Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Vendors to submit their proposals for fresh pizza and delivery as outlined per the RFP Documents, General Conditions and Special Conditions.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
This RFP will not be awarded by the District.
Addendum No. 2 has been issued, see below. This RFP will not be open and read aloud publicly.
A change to the Proposal Form has been made, reference Addendum No. 1 below.
IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 11:00 am on Monday, June 12, 2017.
It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure its proposals is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Freshly prepared samples as per the RFP documents must be submitted with Proposer's proposal. Any proposals received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be received via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 11:00 am on Friday, June 2, 2017. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Proposer's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this RFP and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
