Prop 39 HVAC Retrofit Design-Build Services at Two School Sites

RFQ/RFP NO. 15/16-0001MO, PROP 39 HVAC RETROFIT design-build SERVICES AT two school SITES

Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified design-build Contractor firms (“Contractor”) to submit their qualifications and proposal for the following services (“Services”):

Design-Build services for HVAC Replacement projects including all necessary design, engineering, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and related services for the installation of high efficiency HVAC equipment and controls in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) Attachment “A” and Design Drawings.

Work shall be performed at the following two (2) school sites:

  • University High School, 4771 Campus Dr., Irvine, CA 92612-3298

  • Westpark Elementary School, 25 San Carlo, Irvine, CA 92614-7314

    ANNOUNCEMENTS

    Please note that there have been some amendments to the Advertisement, Mandatory Site Walk date and questions/RFI deadline date.

    We are currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 3:00 pm on February 10, 2016.

    Firms must attend a Mandatory Site Walk on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Firms not in attendance for the entirety of the site walk will be deemed ineligible to propose on this RFQ/RFP. Site walk is expected to last a minimum of two (2) hours and a mandatory sign-in at both locations will be required.

    Mandatory Site Walk at 9:00am, Monday, February 1, 2016 at:
    Westpark Elementary School, 25 San Carlo, Irvine, CA 92614-7314,
    immediately after at approximately 11:00 am at:
    University High School, 4771 Campus Dr., Irvine, CA 92612-3298

    Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals (“RFQ/RFP”) must be received in writing at cmarez@ccorpusa.com by 5:00pm, Thursday, February 4, 2016.  Responses will be issued by Friday, January 29, 2016 via email and Planwell.
