Bid No. 16/17-01MO, District Administration Office Translucent Panel Replacement
Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Contractors to submit their bids for translucent panel replacement as outlined per the Bid Documents, Specifications, Drawings/Plans, and General Conditions.

IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 11:00 am on Friday, April 21, 2017
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Contractors must attend a Mandatory Job Walk and Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 10:00am. Contractors not in attendance for the entirety of the mandatory job walk and pre-bid meeting will be deemed ineligible to submit a Bid for this project. A mandatory sign-in sheet will be required.

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Matthew Nicholson at bids@rrcarch.com by 11:00 am on Friday, April 14, 2017. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
