The use of school property is governed by the Civic Center Act, California Ed Code 38130 and Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) Board of Education Policy 1330 and Administrative Regulation 1330.
IUSD Use of Facilities utilizes an online request form through the Facilitron platform. Please visit the Renter Solutions section of the Facilitron Helpdesk for information related to the facility rental process.

To access the online request form, please select Submit an Application under Quick Links. Each request will be reviewed; approval is subject to availability of facility requested and staff coverage.
Requests may be submitted up to 6 months in advance and must be submitted at least 14 calendar days in advance. Applications will not be accepted for dates further than 6 months from the time of request.
Although IUSD makes every possible effort to maintain the accuracy of event information posted on school site calendars, at times site calendars may not include nor reflect all permitted/scheduled events occurring within IUSD facilities. IUSD reserves the right to decline applications for facility use that conflict with previously permitted/scheduled events that may or may not appear on school site calendars or if the use does not comply with IUSD Regulations and Policies Regarding Community Use of School Buildings and Grounds.
