Bid No. 23/24-05MO, unit cost pricing for asphalt

Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Contractors (Bidders) to submit bids for unit cost pricing for asphalt projects as outlined per the Bid Documents, Specifications, Special Conditions and General Conditions. 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

District has issued Addendum No. 1, see below. 

District is currently advertising in the Irvine World News and accepting bids until 1:00 pm on June 10, 2024 

It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.  Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted. 

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 11:00 am on May 29, 2024. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the contact listed in this Bid of its interest and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents. 

The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
