RFQ/P No. 23/24-01MO, Calshape Program implementation services
Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Firms/Contractors (Proposers) to submit request for qualifications/proposals for CalSHAPE services as outlined per the RFQ/P Documents.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
District is currently advertising in the Irvine World News and accepting proposals until 1:00 pm on November 28, 2023.
It is the Firm's/Proposer's responsibility to ensure its Proposal is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Any Proposals received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFQ/P must be received in writing via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 1:00 pm on November 9, 2023. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Firm's/Proposer's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this RFQ/P and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFQ/P shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFQ/P.
