RFP No. 18/19-01IT, VoIP Telecommunications system

Irvine Unified School District (District) is seeking proposals to procure a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telecommunications System and related services that can meet the current and future needs of multiple school sites and administrative office locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested Consultants are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Intent to Award anticipated date has changed from February 1, 2019 to January 30, 2019.

The District anticipates holding Finalist Presentations within the week of January 7, 2019.  Finalists will be notified of their selected time by the District representative.

A second Addendum to the RFP has been posted on the District website and the Response Template for the Addendum has been added to the drive.

The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference will be a Question and Answer format.  Responses to questions will be provided in the RFI on the District website.

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on  November 13, 2018. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.  

IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Friday, November 30, 2018.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
