Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Vendors to submit their bids for furniture and equipment as outlined per the Bid Documents and General Conditions.

IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 11:00 am on June 6, 2019.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Any bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing and emailed to JoAnn Cisneros at JoAnnCisneros@iusd.org, no later than 11:00 am on May 30, 2019. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to. Addenda information will be posted on or before 11:00 am on May 31, 2019.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this Bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this Bid.
