The Irvine Unified School District, in partnership with the Irvine Public Schools Foundation, is hosting Ask-A-Scientist/Engineer Night from 6-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29 at the Creekside Education Center (3387 Barranca, Irvine). This free annual event will assist students in grades 6 through 12, who are working on science fair projects. Students will have an opportunity to talk with scientists and engineers from local businesses, industry, UCI and more. In addition, IUSD science teachers will be on hand to help answer questions.
All attendees must wear masks, regardless of vaccination status, and each child must be supervised by an adult for the entire evening. To view the event flier with more information, click here. For questions, contact IUSD’s STEM department at 949-936-5057.
