Vendor Marketing and Promotions Guidelines

Vendors are prohibited from using the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) or any IUSD school name, logo, or related information in their promotional or marketing materials, including but not limited to press releases, news coverage, testimonials, videos, advertisements, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content. Additionally, IUSD staff may not participate in such promotions or materials as representatives of IUSD or any IUSD school. This practice is enforced to maintain the impartiality and integrity of IUSD.

Contracted IUSD vendors may list IUSD as a client on their websites or client lists as long as it does not imply an endorsement or partnership beyond a client relationship.
