GENERAL INFORMATION
If required, companies, consultants, and organizations shall procure and maintain at its own expense, the necessary insurance policies during the life of the written contract, agreement, or memorandum of understanding. Except for workers' compensation insurance, the policies shall not be amended or modified and the coverage amounts shall not be reduced without the District's written consent. Insurance certificates shall be provided to the District before the commencement of services.
The Irvine Unified School District shall be named as an additionally insured (with proper endorsement) and be furnished thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation of any policy.
