Bid No. 17/18-01MO, Paint & Maintenance services

Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Contractors to submit their bids for paint and maintenance services as outlined per the Bid Documents and General Conditions.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

District is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 11:00 am on Thursday, March 22, 2018.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.  Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted. 

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 11:00 am on Thursday, March 15, 2018. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this Bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents. 

The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.  All materials submitted to the District in response to this Bid shall remain the property of the District.  The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this Bid.
