Bid No. 23/24-01NS, south oc purchasing group - processed commodity, commercial, snack & beverage Products
Irvine Unified School District (District), acting on behalf of the South Orange County Purchasing Group which includes Irvine Unified School District, Newport-Mesa Unified School District, Saddleback Valley Unified School District and Tustin Unified School District, is seeking to retain qualified bidders to provide and deliver quality processed commodity, commercial, snack and beverage products for each District's School Nutrition Services Program as outlined per the Bid Documents and Appendices.

The District has issued Addendum No. 1, see below for details.
District is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 12:00 pm on May 12, 2023.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Bidders must participate in a Mandatory Pre-Bid Zoom/Call Meeting which will be conducted to answer any questions and explain details regarding bid requirements and scope of work. Any bidder interested in this bid must participate; bidders that do not participate for the entirety of the mandatory Zoom/call meeting will be deemed ineligible to submit a Bid for this project.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
