ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION - 4164.1
Leave may be granted an employee requesting absence without pay for the purpose of caring for a child or for a compelling personal reason.
- Submit application of Leave of Absence to Human Resources no less than two weeks prior to beginning date of requested leave.
- Complete application in detail, stating reasons for requested leave and specifying beginning and ending dates of the leave.
- Leave for child care or personal purposes shall be limited to one year and are not be subject to renewal or extension.
