An invitation to enroll will be sent to all qualifying families.  Local vendors will process enrollment, not the school site.

To qualify, your child must be part of our Unduplicated Count which includes:  Free and Reduced Meal Program; Foster Youth/Homeless;  English Learners. Qualification is reviewed annually.

Assembly Bill 2268 exempts Pre-K from the English Language Proficiency Assessment of California (ELPAC). If you have additional questions about the ELPAC, please contact Language Development at:  949-936-5229 or Email: LanguageDevelopment@iusd.org.

 

PK-6 grade students that qualify.

ELOP is free of cost for students who qualify.

No. Only students who qualify may enroll in ELOP.

ELOP will begin in the 2023-24 school year. Check with your local site vendor for official start date.

ELOP is available every school day and on thirty additional non-school days with no less than 9 hours of in-person expanded learning opportunities per day.

Core Instructional Day (includes recess/lunch)   +   Expanded Learning (after school) =   9 HOURS

ELOP activities will focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of students through hands-on, engaging learning experiences.
