As we approach the end of the school year, we want to express our gratitude to our students, staff, families, and community partners, because the excellence in IUSD remains a direct reflection of the investment of this entire community.

IUSD is dedicated to open, two-way communication with our community. To help us continue to improve how we connect with you, we have launched a new districtwide Communications Survey that is open now through May 26, 2025.

The Irvine Unified School District thanks and celebrates our teachers and certificated staff during National Teacher Appreciation Week! They truly make a lasting difference in the lives of our students and families.

Following a comprehensive search that included input from staff, students, parents, and community members, the IUSD Board of Education has selected Interim Superintendent Cassie Parham as the District’s next Superintendent.

Students from the District's nationally recognized honors ensemble chorus and orchestra performed in front of a capacity audience. Board President Katie McEwen accepted $2 million check from the Irvine Company to support music, art and science in IUSD.

The IUSD Board of Education is asking for your help in selecting the next superintendent. Please provide comments at the upcoming Input Session and anonymous survey.
