Irvine Unified School District (District) is seeking responses to procure digital copiers and related services that can meet the current and future needs of multiple school sites and administrative office locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested providers are encouraged to submit responses consistent with the documents and timeline below.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The estimated Board of Education Action has been postponed until April, 2023.

Questions regarding this RFI must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on  Friday, January 6, 2023.   

IUSD is accepting responses until 12:00 pm on Friday, January 27, 2023.

All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFI shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any response in response to this RFI.
