Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Vendors/Suppliers to submit their proposals for milk & dairy products as outlined per the RFP Documents, General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
IUSD is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 9:00 am on May 9, 2022. Note the proposal deadline submittal address.
It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure its proposal is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Samples as per the RFP documents must be submitted with Proposer's proposal by the date and time of closing. Any proposals and samples received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be received via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 9:00 am on May 2, 2022. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Proposer's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this RFP and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
