ANNOUNCEMENTS

Irvine Unified School District ("District") is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 9:00 am on March 1, 2022.  The intention of the District is to recommend the award(s) to the District's Board of Education ("Board") at the March 15, 2022 meeting.  District will place orders for all the items listed in the Bid Form Pricing Sheet upon the Board's approval and the execution of the Agreement and contract documents. 

It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.  Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted. 

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Maria Ragas at MariaRagas@iusd.org by 9:00 am on Febraury 22, 2022. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents. 

The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
