Among these options are Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, which offer an exciting opportunity to explore interests, gain real-world skills and prepare for future success.
CTE pathways are designed to align students' interests with college, career and life readiness. These pathways, which can be elective courses, teach valuable skills that students can carry into the workforce or higher education. They help build a foundation of practical knowledge that makes students stand out to college admissions officers and future employers. For those planning to attend a two or four-year university, CTE courses can add an edge to applications by demonstrating commitment to a specific area of interest.
