IUSD's University, Northwood, Irvine and Woodbridge campuses were once again recognized in The Orange County Register’s annual breakdown of "O.C.'s best high schools." According to the newspaper, its results were generated from a ranking system that combines more than a dozen measurements related to academics, college and career preparation, and school environment. Irvine's comprehensive high schools all landed within the top 12, and it’s worth noting that the first three campuses are magnets with selective enrollments, followed by Uni at No. 4. The report, published over the weekend, follows the Register's recent elementary and middle school rankings, in which Irvine schools also play a prominent role.
