BOARD POLICY - 9320.2
Special Meetings may be called by the President of the Board of Education or by a majority of members of the Board. Written notice of such Special Meeting shall be delivered personally or by any other means to all Board Members, the local media, and others requesting such notification at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
The notice of a Special Board Meeting shall be posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting in a location freely accessible to the public and on the district's website
