BOARD POLICY - 9130

The Board may establish Citizen Committees to advise it on specific matters of interest and/or importance.

At the time of establishment, the Board shall specify the following characteristics of each Citizen Committee:

1. Purpose
2. Procedures
3. Term of Existence
4. Method of Selecting Members
