PARAPROFESSIONALS AND INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSIFIED
Classified instruction staff may access professional learning through the “Paraeducator Online Training” program by MasterTeacher. This program contains about 145 modules designed to provide training to general education and special education paraprofessionals on a variety of topics ranging from classroom management to instructional strategies to support English Language Learners. Extensive training on how to support Special Education students and how to work with the IEP team are also included. This program also contains general content instruction that may be helpful for staff that needs a content refresher before working with older students (for instance, Geometry, Data Analysis, Teaching the Scientific Method, and Probability to name just a few of the modules available).
- To access your account:
- Log on to https://portal.masterteacher.net from any computer. (Access restricted to IUSD employees with logon.)

- Use your regular iusd email as your user name.
- You selected your own password. If you do not remember it, simply click on the “Forgot Your Password?” button and the program will send a new log on to your email address.
