May is Mental Health Awareness Month. IUSD takes a comprehensive approach, focusing our mental health and wellness efforts on both proactive and responsive programs, initiatives and supports for students.

All five IUSD comprehensive high schools made the U.S. News & World Report "Best High Schools" list.

IUSD shined at CA National History Day with 16 of the 24 OC championship projects advancing to nationals.

After an extensive StellarXplorer National Space Design Competition season, one Irvine High School team soared to victory as the national champion!

More than 600 students in IUSD's honors ensemble chorus and orchestra performed in the District’s 40th annual Donald Bren Honors Concert. The District also received a $2 million contribution from the Irvine Company in support of educational excellence.

IUSD students excelled at the recent State Science and Engineering Fair, with 10 students securing top-four positions in their respective division categories, alongside numerous honorable mentions.

The OC Register recently announced the semifinalists for Artist of the Year, including seven IUSD students chosen for their talent, skill and passion.

April is Earthquake Preparedness Month and IUSD would like to take this month to encourage families and students to be prepared.
