Lakeside Middle School clinched second place at the recent National Academic Pentathlon Championships!

IUSD is excited to announce the District’s 2023-2024 Scholar Athletes! Of the eight scholar athletes recognized, one male and one female from each school were named Athlete of the Year.

Several IUSD students were invited to showcase their water-related IUSD Science Fair experiments at the Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD). Eight projects were then awarded as exemplary projects involving water.

Four IUSD 8th graders were celebrated and recognized for academic excellence by the Orange County Department of Education at the 2024 AVID 8th Grade Standout Award Ceremony on May 8.

Lakeside Middle School's 8th-grade Pentathlon team is gearing up for the United States Academic Pentathlon this May after securing second place in the California competition.

Join us on May 17-18 for the second annual District Honors Art Show! Featuring over 600 artworks by IUSD PK-12 students, this event is a celebration of talent and imagination.

Irvine High School took top honors in the prestigious National Economics Challenge semi-finals, placing 16th in the nation out of 6,500 teams. Now, they're moving on to the final competition.
