Nutrition Services is proud to offer catering services throughout the district. To order for your special occasion, please complete the catering order form by clicking the button below. A few important things to remember when completing our order form:
- The form can only be completed on a Windows computer with Excel.
- Users must enable Macros before using the form.
- Users must use Outlook as their email client so that the form can automatically send an email to Nutrition Services when the user clicks the "Email" button at the bottom of the form to submit.
- Please complete the form in its entirety and click "Email" to submit.
- If there are any items that you would like to request that are not listed on the form, please add them to the "Miscellaneous" box and call or email Stacy Kent at 949-936-6527 to confirm your request.
