Student Behavior
Our school wide positive behavior support system motivates and rewards students for following our high expectations. Children are taught appropriate behaviors during our annual Implementation Celebration. Each month new students are given a quick overview to ensure their success at our school. When a child misbehaves an Incident Report is completed and sent home with the child. We work as a team to improve student behavior. Our goal is for all children to be contributing members at our school empowered with skills, knowledge, and values necessary to meet challenges.
Dress Code and Grooming Standards
Students are encouraged to follow good grooming and dress practices. However, in the final analysis, appropriate student attire is a parental responsibility. No hats are permitted within the school buildings. Please label clearly all articles of clothing, lunch boxes, sacks, books, school materials, etc. with your child’s name.
