2014/15 Parking Permits

Parking permit paper work is now available outside the security office, which is located in the downstairs office. Please fill out both forms.  To be able to purchase a permit you must first complete the Smart Start Program. Permits will be put on vehicles starting at the beginning of lunch on Monday, Sept 29th in the back parking lot. Permits will be available daily at the beginning of lunch until Tuesday, October 14th.   Starting on Oct 14th those vehicles with no parking permit will be tagged with green stickers, the ones that are extremely hard to remove, and IPD will begin patrolling  and issuing parking tickets to those without a current 2014/2015 IHS parking permit. Permits are $45 and are good for entire school year.

Any questions see Paul in the security office.

We have arranged with South Coast Photographic (26237 Enterprise CT., Lake Forest - Map on www.southcoastphotographic.com) to photograph your Senior Yearbook Image for our yearbook. They are our high school's official senior portrait photographer, and your image must be taken by them to be submitted in the yearbook. This will help us maintain a consistent quality for the yearbook production.

Smart Start Presentations

Smart StartSmart Start is a safe driving presentation provided by the Irvine Police Department in collaboration with IUSD in an effort to ensure the safety of our students beginning their driving careers. Each of our high schools will require a SMART START certificate for students interested in obtaining a school parking permit. For this reason, IUSD administration and the Irvine Police Department have identified various dates, times and locations for the presentation and welcome students from IUSD high schools to attend any session.

Introduction to Naviance

Irvine High School now utilizes a web-based program called NAVIANCE FAMILY CONNECTION, sponsored by IPSF for IUSD 7-12 students and brought to you by your IHS Counseling Team. Through search tools and activities it provides support and guidance to students, families and staff to promote student achievement and post-secondary success. It is also a tool to communicate information to students.
