CONFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL TECHNICIAN DEFINITION The Confidential Personnel Technician is under the general supervision of the Deputy Superintendent and serves as supervisor of the certificated and/or classified technical staff of the Human Resources Division. The Confidential Technician organizes and provides oversight and direction for all technical personnel functions including those of a confidential nature dealing with employee/employer relations, collective bargaining, and related personnel matters. QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE Knowledge of:
Ability to:
Training and experience: Equivalent to completion of twelfth grade,
supplemented by additional specialized training or work experience in
human resources. Five years of increasingly responsible experience, which
has included the exercise of independent judgment, preferably including
experience in school personnel services, or any combination of training
and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and
