Announcing the Opening of the Transition Year's Open Enrollment
This year’s IUSD Open Enrollment window opens for our IUSD families on January 11th. As in past years, our Transition Year's Open Enrollment grades (6th to 7th and 8th to 9th) have a choice of middle schools and high schools based on space at the schools. All IUSD students in 6th grade and 8th grade this year will receive an email and letter from the Office of Student Services on January 6th when we return from Winter Break. Until that time, make sure you get the IUSD Intradistrict Open Enrollment dates on your calendar. Should you need more information, you can click here to preview the process and information. The window opens at 8 am on January 11th and closes at noon on February 26th. Once the window closes, all students who have requested a school other than their neighborhood school will be placed in a lottery and spots assigned based on space at the requested school.
